Women's Ministry
FBC Women’s Ministry (“GROW”) invites women of all ages to grow in faith and Christlikeness as we:
The acronym “GROW” reflects our prayer and desire that God would use all things to refine our women at FBC Dothan.
GROW leaders commit to lead women in a way that encourages growth to spiritual maturity in Christ, as described in Ephesians 4:
“…Walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace." (Ephesians 4:1-3)
“…No longer be children, tossed to and fro by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.” (Ephesians 4:14-15)
- Worship, pray and study God’s Word together
- Seek opportunities to serve one another and love
- Pursue Biblical unity
- Encourage each other in sharing the gospel and in discipleship
